The GEMSBOND line
GemsBond is a products line with different mastics for bonding: two-component epoxy, special and polyester.
GEMSBOND X-9010
Transparent vertical epoxy mastic.
Two-component epoxy mastic with high adhesion with properties of high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents.
It is suitable for repairing, grouting or puttying marbles, granites, ceramics and artificial ones in general. The product, due to its very low shrinkage and high thixotropicity, shows excellent performance in vertical applications and hole filling.

- Gel time at 25 °: 4-6 h
- Complete curing at 20°: 8-10 h
GEMSBOND WELDX10 A+B
Two-component, thixotropic epoxy mastic paste with extremely high bonding performance.
Used for bonding marble, stone, granite, ceramic, and agglomerates. Recommended for both interior and exterior use.
The product is also ideal for mixed bonding such as: metal-stone, ceramicstone, stone-glass, concrete-stone, concrete-glass, concrete-metal, stonecomposite panels such as honeycomb, stone-wood panels, or wood laminates.
GEMSBOND SOLID GLUE
Mastic for marble, granite, onyx and stone.
Once hardened, the product is dry and polishable.
It has good storage stability.
It is easily colored by adding pigments in paste for polyesters or metal oxides.
It is available: Transparent and Colored (White, black, beige, straw yellow and other colors)

GEMSBOND SMOKIN'
GemsBond Smokin ‘is a two-component, solvent-free, reactive gel resin system.
Suitable for gluing white marble thanks to no yellowing in direct sunlight.
- Ratio: 1:1
- Gel time a 25°: 5-8 min
GEMSBOND SMOKIN'
Two-component epoxy pre-dosed automatically thanks to the cartridge where it is packaged.
Part A and part B are located in two separate pipes, using the special nozzle-mixer together with the gun with two pistons, the correct dosage of the components is obtained.
Developed for bonding marble, stone, granite, quartz and ceramic. For external and internal use

- Gel time at 25 °: 5-10 min
- Complete curing at 25°: 20-30 min
GEMSBOND OPTIMUM
Glue specially developed for bonding quartz and ceramic.
Once hardened, the product is dry and polishable. It has good storage stability. It can be easily colored with the addition of uni coloring paste.- Mixing ratio: 1-3%

- Complete curing at 25°: 20 -25 min
GEMSBOND COLORANT
Universal coloring pastes to color all the products of the GemsBond line.
Available colors: Black, Ocher, Grei, Red, Botticino, Yellow, White, Blue, Beige, Brown and Green
GEMSBOND THASSOS
Two-component mastic in thixotropic paste for absorbing white and cristalline marbles such as Thassos, Carrara, Opal White, Volakas, Statuario and Calacatta.
Specific formula for white stones where an almost invisible result is desired. Once hardened, the mastic has a translucent white color, is dry and highly polishable. It is used for bonding, repairing and grouting. Good resistance to yellowing.
- Ratio: 100 + 3%
- Gel time in bulk at 25°: 20-25 min
- High resistance under UV rays
GEMSBOND POLYBOND
Special unsaturated bisphenol mastic pre-accelerated with polymeric tertiary aromatic amines.
It is a mastic that combines characteristics of thermo-mechanical resistance with those of high mechanical properties. It is a polyester with high chemical resistance, with excellent adhesion to many substrates (marble, granite, marble resin, wood, metals, concrete and different types of thermoplastics).
- Ratio: 100 + 3%
- Gel time in bulk at 25°: 4-6 min
GEMSBOND CRYSTAL
Polyester Mastic Ultra Clear for repairing,
glueing and filling natural stone.
Thanks to its particular formula GemsBond Crystal it remains very transparent when hardened, perfect for obtaining impeccable visible gluing.
Suitable for bonding stone, ceramic, stoneware, quartz agglomerate and marble agglomerates.
- Ratio part A:B : 100 parts of A + 1-3 parts of B.
- Gel time at 25 ° C: 30 minutes
